On the outside, Merrivale House is a traditional terraced house, however, guests are welcomed with a warm and modern, recently renovated interior; tradition with a twist. This capacious 4-bedroom house comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests and sits in the heart of Birmingham, giving guests the perfect balance between a peaceful residential neighbourhood and access to all of the city’s incredible amenities.

CMC property is a limited company owned by Carol and Charleen. The company was lauched in December 2018 to provide accommodation solutions across the UK for business professionals and tourists alike using the Serviced Accommodation strategy.
