A Georgian period town house in the heart of Steyning for up to four guests. It is set in a private and secluded setting yet is only a three minute walk to the centre of this picturesque small town. It comes with a beach hut at nearby Shoreham by Sea that can be rented as well. The house is the owners' family home and is made available to guests when they are away travelling. This comfortably furnished home is in the heart of picturesque Steyning a small town with period houses dating back to the Tudor period. This home is attached to other similar period properties from the Georgian period and is tucked away behind the main high street. It offers two spacious bedrooms both fitted with king sized beds. The family bathroom has a corner bath with shower fitted above. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a woodburning stove as well as a separate dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside the property benefits from a private courtyard. In addition there is a beach hut that can be rented at nearby Shoreham by Sea. Please let us know if you would like to rent the beach hut as an additional charge applies.

Middle House enjoys a great setting, as Steyning sits immediately below the South Downs and the South Downs Way is within a mile of the property. There is a lot to see locally being close to the coast as well and within a short drive of historic houses such as Parham House and Gardens and Petworth House. Just a short distance away and only 15 minutes by car is Shoreham-by-Sea. The town sits on the estuary of the River Adur which flows out to sea right next to the town. Along the beach to the west of the town you will find the beach hut that is available for you to hire.
