This property is only 200 yards from the very centre of vibrant Newmarket and the high street where there is easy access to all the usual conveniences. Fully refurbished in July 2016, the house has been kitted out for modern living with wet rooms, Smart TV and a great outdoor decked terrace for socialising, dining or enjoying a crisp glass of wine as the sun goes down. Conveniently placed from the train station and just round the corner from Newmarket Racecourse. House Rules - Age restrictions apply. Guests must be 25 and over (apart from accompanied children). ID will be verified at registration and bookings will be cancelled if the above criteria is not met. Events and parties are not permitted at the property and noise restrictions strictly apply after 10:30pm. Use of garden area is not permitted after 10:30pm.
