We are delighted to offer our lovely holiday apartment so you can enjoy the magnificent and beautiful Pembrokeshire area. We find this area with its magnificent coastline one of the most beautiful parts of the UK. We enjoy walking along the coast path. We are very interested in wildlife and nature especially bird watching and there are many places in close vicinity to enjoy these pursuits. We also enjoy visiting the many spectacular Pembrokeshire beaches, the nearest of which is 10 minutes away by car. Our other great passion is the history of our wonderful country and Pembroke is steeped in history with its castle and featured within its city wall, are many Tudor and Georgian houses and buildings.
A tour of the Medieval Pembroke Castle is a must, during the year they offer lots of informative and interesting displays. Pembroke has many restaurants, pubs and hotels most of which serve excellent cuisine. There is a tourist information centre in the town providing information on attractions, activities and events in and around the surrounding area. Pembroke also has its own museum where adults and children alike can learn about the historic past of the town. Paddle west, which is two minutes from the apartment offers rowing boat and canoe hire on the Mill Pond. Further afield the seaside towns of Tenby and Saundersfoot are a 20 minute drive away. The spectacular coast path is also on the doorstep. Numerous boat trips can be arranged from Tenby to see the bird and other wildlife on the islands surrounding the coast.
