We are tucked away in a quiet, pretty location just off the village green in Bainbridge. We offer a spacious, modern one bedroom annex with private entrance & parking. The property has been recently renovated to an exceptional standard, offering modern accommodation. The annex is split over two floors, a large en suite bedroom on the ground floor with a spiral staircase leading to a mezzanine sitting room. There are tea & coffee making facilities, no breakfast, a tearoom just down the road. It’s an ideal place to stay for wedding guests at Yorebridge Hotel, walkers or cyclists can store gear in my garage, and it’s perfect for those who want time in the countryside. Guests have their own private front door and living space. There is secure garaging available by request, ideal for cycles and motor bikes.

I have lived in The Dales all my life, what a great place to be! I enjoy spending time outdoors and spending time with my family.

The Dales is excellent for walking, hiking and cycling. We have many tourist attractions on the doorstep. The market town of Hawes is just 4 miles where there are a range of shops, pubs and restaurants. Bainbridge is a pretty, Dales village. We have a pub, hotel/ restaurant and a village shop. There is a tearoom by the village green, they offer an exceptional breakfast.
