Welcome to this modern 3-bed house. The property is bright and beautifully presented, this house splits over two levels (ground and first floor). It offers 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people (there could be a 7th guest, extra fee to be paid). A great, communicative location near Pimlico metro station, Big Ben, River Thames, Sloane Square, parliament and London Victoria (tube and Overground to other area of the city, including the Gatwick Express). The whole house was renovated. One of the three bedrooms is found at ground floor, two are on the first floor. They are all tastefully decorated. High quality linen and towels are provided. Master bedroom: Largest bedroom with huge wardrobe space. A flat screen TV, a modern en-suite bathtub and sink make it even more precious. Second bedroom: Slightly smaller bedroom with flat screen TV. This room contains a single bed, and an extra double bed can be added. Hanging space in a cupboard. The room includes stairs up to a unique loft en-suite bathroom (restricted headroom) including a jacuzzi/bath-tub with hand shower mixer. Third bedroom: the only room located at ground floor, it offers a very comfortable bunk bed.
Pimlico is superbly located offering great access to the whole of London (and beyond) via Pimlico and Victoria Tube and Train stations. The area has over 350 Grade II listed buildings and several Grade II* listed churches. You will stumble upon quirky coffee shops and restaurants scattered throughout the area, as you explore the streets of this popular neighbourhood. There is a lively Farmers Market every weekend which is not to be missed! The world famous Tate Britain, especially notable for its JMW Turner collection is a mere 5 minute walk away from the house. The River Thames is on your doorstep, with stunning views of both Albert and Chelsea bridges, which take you across the river to Battersea Park. An evening walk - once it's dark - along the Embankment is thoroughly recommended, where you will take in the beautifully lit bridges. Truly a sight not to be missed!
