Recently refurbished, modern, two bedroom, semi-detached property in a fantastic location. Only a 15 minute walk or 5 minute car journey from the city centre of Chester, railway station, canal-side bars and restaurants, and a 2 minute walk from local amenities. The ground floor consists of a spacious open plan kitchen diner, along with a separated living space including a smart television, stereo system & games console. The kitchen is equipped with all brand new appliances including a large fridge freezer and washing machine. To the rear of the property is also a small paved, south facing patio area. On the first floor are two large double sized bedrooms, along with shared access to a newly renovated bathroom, fitted with a bath and power shower. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and wardrobe, as well as a wall mounted television. Bedroom two has a double bed and wardrobe. There is free street parking outside the property. The house has been set up as a "home from home" and offers a comfortable alternative to hotel accommodation for couples, friends or professionals visiting the City of Chester.

Hello, I'm Vicky! Myself & my partner Tom have recently finished a 12 month project completing a full renovation on a lovely semi-detached house in Chester. Living between Chester & Derby, we wanted to share our home with people who can really utilise the space & make the most of its fantastic location! We are both very sociable and relaxed, enjoying exploring new cities, eating out and travelling in our free time.
