In addition there is a modern family bathroom upstairs, extra shower room downstairs, a generous rear garden and off road parking for up to 3 cars to the front.

A quiet residential area. There are 2 small supermarkets within walking distance and the City Centre is a short drive / bus journey away. There is a private drive for up to 3 average sized cars. Street parking is unrestricted too for extra vehicles and the main road is around the corner with convenience shops / chemist and bus stop to town and buses usually run every 10 mins and normally run 24 hours a day.
