Beautifully-presented and spacious, two-bedroom, first-floor modern apartment with well-maintained communal grounds, situated within an exclusive development at Western Harbour in Newhaven, Edinburgh lying only 2.5 miles to the north of the city centre. Light and well-maintained, the property is furnished to the highest standard all in excellent condition throughout. Accessed via a secure entrance, the accommodation is entered via a spacious L-shaped entrance hallway featuring two built-in store cupboards (plenty space for luggage) and the entryphone handset the hallway provides access to all rooms.
