A room in a modern recently refurbished seaside home with deep piled carpets, original fireplaces and open plan living space as well as plenty of outdoor space. LGBT-friendly household with a pet cat and a non smoking. As you walk through the front door you will be greeted with original Victorian features, automatic lighting and a warm welcome. Downstairs there are two reception rooms, one is an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge area with everything you need to cook a meal, make a drink or sit back and relax with the underfloor heating on. The other reception room is at the front of the house which is where you will find me should you need to ask any questions. There is also a new downstairs WC and somewhere for you to hang your coats. The Room You will have the ground floor double bedroom to yourself with a double bed decorated in white and yellow with views of the garden. You will have a shared bathroom on the first floor with other guests there is a second WC on the ground floor. Parking is free all day every day. You can park outside the house on the street or on a road just 10 second walk away from the house, there are never a shortage of spaces.
