It is a centrally heated room and furnished. The house has been fully renovated within the last two years. A shared kitchen area with washing machine and cooking facilities is available. Located to the South of the city centre, it is close to main bus routes; easy access to local shops and pubs in Allenton and Alvaston; approx. 50 minutes walking distance to the City Centre. 10 minutes’ drive to Raynesway, or 10-15 minutes’ drive to Moor Lane/Sinfin Lane, for Rolls-Royce; similar travel time to Bombardier. There is easy access to the main routes i.e. A38, A52, A50 and to the M1 (Jnc25) if driving. Whether it’s for two nights, five nights or more, you will find everything you need to live in comfort, a home from home!

The house sits within a residential area in a cul-de-sac, and the countryside is close by (approx. 3 miles), for those who like to have a wander, with some nice pubs in the area.
