A quiet and friendly road with many senior citizens. No through road and on drive parking for 3 vehicles available. The house is part of the "private" estate and is still occupied by many of the original purchasers from 60 years ago. This makes for a diverse and friendly neighbourhood which includes newer families sprinkled with senior citizens. Many local shops and takeaway outlets. Just 300 metres away is Cole-Valley River and park. A fabulous expanse of green field space with river, lake and nature trail. Superb for walking/cycling exercising or fishing. At one end of the trail is a "carvery type pub" that offers refreshment after your journey. If your wanting to keep up your fitness regime, we have a large leisure/sports centre that houses an Olympic size swimming pool/multi-purpose gym and all the evening activities known to man. The centre is literally a 10 minute walk or 5 minute jog away. A short 400 metre walk from my home you will find a library, doctors surgery, chemist and various independent stores. Churches/mosques for all denominations are available within a small radius.
