My newly and fully renovated Victorian terraced house in the sought after central area of Roath in Cardiff is conveniently located within 15 minutes walk and 5 minutes drive of the City Centre. Regular and reliable bus routes are also a couple of minutes walk away. My house allows you to stay in a home away from home! Your home during your stay will be quiet, comfortable and super clean. As you can see the house has been fully renovated with a very tasteful and stylish design. Parking is available on the street outside the house, with a mix of resident and non-resident parking however one valid visitor car parking permit is available to guests to use during your stay. Both bedrooms have double beds with brand new mattresses of a high comfort quality. One room has a sprung mattress and the other memory foam. This is unique compared to most other accommodation that provide a sofa bed as the second bed. The living room has a wall mounted Smart TV with all built in apps such as Netflix and Amazon Prime easily available. Super fast 100mb Virgin fibre optic is also available.

Roath is a sought after central area of Cardiff within 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes car ride of the City Centre. A couple of minutes walk from the house regular and reliable Cardiff Bus services are available direct to the centre. My house is amongst other residential Victorian terraced houses and within a safe, quiet and proffesional neighborhood. Within a few minutes walk you can find the iconic Roath Park Lake which I would recommend during your stay. Wellfield Road also minutes away has an array of vibrant restaurants, cafes and bars if you choose to stay local. Two late night national supermarkets are also a couple minutes away.
