## The space Welcome to our home! This spacious 3rd floor flat (stair access) is professionally prepared with all the necessities for a delightful stay in our exciting city. Relax and unwind in the bright and cosy living room, fitted with plenty of sofa space, a TV for light entertainment and a dining table to enjoy a home-cooked meal! The full kitchen is equipped with all the modern mod-cons, including a stove, fridge and oven. Feel free to use the toaster, microwave and cooking utensils provided as well! Have a good nights sleep in the large king bedrooms. With some warm touches and plenty of cupboard space for your belongings, you can make yourself right at home! Guests can use the full bathroom (with a bathtub!) to freshen up after a day of exploring the city. Make use of the other amenities provided, including a dishwasher, iron/board and washing machine! ## The neighborhood The home is located in the best neighbourhood for tourists, travellers and families. There are lots of good restaurants located with 1 minute of the flat. Some of our favourites are Artisan Roast for excellent coffee and Crombies for its steak pies, sausages and haggis. There are more lovely shops located on Broughton street, or up and around the corner on Leith Walk. If you're planning to cook at home, the nearest Tesco's is down on Broughton Road about 3/4 mile away. ## Getting around You can easily catch the buses or the tram at York Place, to quickly get you around the city. If you have a car, Broughton Place or Barony Street normally have parking spaces available.
