Atlantic Cottages – in a sheltered farm setting, close to sea and surf, this quintet of immaculately restored farm buildings exudes lightness, brightness and comfort. Oak floors are heated, plasma screens abound, kitchens burst with utensils, the whole place oozes Cornish chic. Philippe Starck bathrooms are resplendent with white fluffy bathrobes and towels, beds are topped with super-soft pillows. Throughout are intriguing pieces of wood furniture; one cottage has outdoor seats built from a far off goldmine’s supporting timbers. Step outside and all is as beautifully maintained as inside. A subtropical approach leads to manicured lawns and borders and a barbecue for warm evenings. The owners are committed to quality and have thought of everything a couple or an extended party might need. Our cottages are available to rent as individual cottages or as a group. There are 5 cottages sleeping, 4, 4, 2(+1), 2, and 2. For group bookings (Cottage Complex) we will allocate the Cottages according to the number of guests and the price alters accordingly. For example: a group of 8 will be allocated 2 bedroom cottages, a group of 6, a one and 2 bedroom cottage or 14+ the whole complex.

Numerous, well marked foot paths and bridleways start, finish and pass through Bude ensuring you never need walk the same path twice during your stay. The Coast Path takes you south to Crackington Haven, and further on to Boscastle, Tintagel and Port Isaac. Or head north to Morwenstow Hartland Quay (15 miles). With relentless assents and descents. This is possibly the hardest stretch of the South West Coast Path.
