This stunning 4 bed victorian terrace has a large bespoke kitchen, a wood burner, brand new loft convention and shower room, rear garden, with outside loo & free on street parking, WIFI, Disney Plus and Netflix. Powderham road is close to the local shops and cafes. It's within walking distance of Exeter city centre & the historical Quay where you can find an array of shops, bars, restaurants and activities such as Clip and Climb and Saddles and Paddles. Also with in walking distance is Exe Bridges Retail Park (where you’ll find M&S food, Matalan, Boots and Poundland) Tescos express, Co operative, Weatherspoons pub, cafes and takeaways, a laundrette, banks, a post office and plenty of other independent shops can also been found on Cowick Street (a couple of mins walk from Powderham Road) You will also find Aldi’s, the The Range and Iceland on Alphington road. Both Alphington road and Cowick street lead into the centre of Exeter. St Thomas is well connected by train, bus and roads. Only a few mins drive from the M5 and A30, and easy driving distance to the north and south coast as well as both moors. Terms and conditions must be signed. Guest can check in them selves via key box. The code is sent one hour prior to arrival. Fresh, clean white linen is provided by The Laundry Team ltd and one towel per person. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a Range stove, washing machine and dishwasher. The kitchen is large enough to see 9 people around the dining room table. We provide, washing up liquid, hand wash, a couple of loo rolls, 1 x kitchen roll, a few dishwasher tables and bin liners to help you with the beginning of your stay. Disney Plus and Netflix as well as super fast WIFI is also provided free of charge.

Powderham road is situated in St Thomas a suburb central to the heart of Exeter. St Thomas is very well connected but bus and train. Powderham road is close to the local shops and cafes.
