There is a small patio/garden area in front if you smoke (no smoking inside please). The apartment is newly renovated to a high standard with fully equipped kitchen and Nespresso machine. There is a sofabed that turns into a double bed and the coffee table can become a dining table that seats 4 ppl.

It is fantastically located 5 minutes from Notting Hill Gate Station, and also close to High Street Kensington and Holland Park. You can walk to Hyde Park and the amenities of Notting Hill and Portobello Market. It is a quiet, family friendly area but only 20 mins by train to the Center of London.
