Oak Tree House is located in the village of Woodhall Spa in Lincolnshire. It is a modern, spacious house and furnished to a high standard. It has three bedrooms, one with a kingsize bed and two with double beds. There is an ensuite shower room off the main bedroom and a separate bathroom with shower over the bath. It has a large lounge with sofas that comfortably seat up to 6 people and has a wall mounted large Smart TV connected to a BT My View box. The kitchen/diner is fitted with double oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher and wine cooler. It has a sun room, with a wall mounted Smart TV, off the kitchen/diner leading onto the patio area and garden and also has a Smart TV. Wifi Internet access is available throughout the property.

David and Maggie are from Nottinghamshire and have been visiting Woodhall Spa since 2008. They fell in love with Woodhall so much that in 2016 they built Oak Tree House which is available to guests so that they can also enjoy the experience. David and Maggie enjoy spending family time together at home and the large kitchen diner leading onto the sun room and garden is perfect for guests to spend time together, cooking a meal or just relaxing. Woodhall Spa is a beautiful village with an Edwardian character, set amongst a wooded environment. There are walks and cycle paths along the River Witham and also along the Spa Trail joining Woodhall Spa and Horncastle.If you enjoy walking and cycling, Woodhall is perfect for these activities. A walk round the tree lined streets or down the Broadway, which is the main street running through the village, is like being transported back to a more tranquil era. If you like a trip to the cinema or a swim, these amenities are only a short walk away and there are plenty of restaurants and bar Woodhall has a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere and variety of attractions including two top class golf courses, the unique 'Kinema in the Woods', Cottage Museum, Jubilee Park outdoor heated swimming pool and several aviation heritage sites associated with 617 Squadron (the Dambusters).
