Our Welsh family business started 60 years ago in 1961. We specialise in providing Quality Cottages holiday cottage holidays throughout Wales. Leonard Rees inherited Cerbid Farm at the age of 17, then 10 years later ceased farming to convert the farm buildings into holiday cottages. For nearly 20 years there was a small portfolio of Cerbid cottages plus a small selection of other nearby cottages. We always have and always will continue to promote a high standard of property with caring owners. Our local team members live and breathe Wales. We have accumulated expert knowledge of Wales, its geography, and history, unrivaled in our industry. Presently, there are around 30 of us in the Quality Cottages team, who managed over 700 properties in Wales (Quality Cottages) and also Glamping structures all over the UK, under our Quality Unearthed brand.

Perfectly situated on the idyllic shoreline of the North Wales coast, this immaculate and spacious second-floor apartment offers guests stunning panoramic sea views from the seafront balcony. A perfect base from which to explore this beautiful area and with the warmest of Welsh welcomes too! The spacious accommodation offers guests two bedrooms, a double room, and a twin zip-and-link (which can be made into a king-size on request). Look out to sea while dining at the table. With two lounges, one with a balcony and one with a TV, you'll have a choice when it comes to relaxing at the end of a great day out, plodding along the coastline with your dog, or exploring the mountains of Snowdonia. You can of course enjoy doing little else than sitting with a book and a cuppa on the beach, as the shore is just a few feet away. You may be pleased to know, there is a bath, so you can look forward to a soak at the end of a hard day of doing nothing but being on holiday. This super apartment would be perfect for walking holidays any time of year. In addition to the private balcony, there is also a communal enclosed grass garden at the rear of the property, shared with the other apartments.

Neighbourhood information

Just a short drive from Caernarfon, the beautiful beach at Dinas Dinlle is well worth a visit. It has free parking nearby and a beach café that serves an excellent Welsh breakfast. Facilities include disabled access, a promenade, toilets, and a beach shop but you need to bring beach chairs. The beach has extensive golden sands that give way to an area of pebbles near the road. One of the best things about Dinas Dinlle beach is the wonderful view across the bay to Anglesey and the Llyn Peninsula. Clean, safe, and ideal for swimming, the beach has the prestigious Blue Flag Award and is recommended by the Marine Conservation Society for its pristine waters. The beach has two slipways for speedboats and jet skis. Other popular activities at Dinas Dinlle include snorkeling, bass fishing, and windsurfing when conditions are suitable. The area is a designated Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) due to the number of rare birds that live in the area. There are remains of an Iron Age hill fort to the south.
