Welcome to my home, with its delightful, sunny annexe which opens out onto the garden. Close to everything Leamington has to offer, here you can enjoy surprising peace and quiet just 15 minutes' walk from the centre of town. Your room has its own entrance, a double bed, kitchenette & ensuite. The kitchenette has a fridge, kettle, hotplates, microwave and toaster. Tea, coffee and simple DIY breakfast items, linen and towels are provided. Outside, enjoy my quirky south-facing garden, with patios, hammock, seating areas, and - when available - a hot tub (available on request for an extra charge - please note that it is NOT a guaranteed facility as there are times when it needs maintenance or isn't set up). I also have two black cats, sisters, who love attention. There are plenty of parks nearby to enjoy, and the outstanding Jephson Gardens are 20 minutes' walk away. You can also walk or cycle along the canal for miles, or take a boat out on the River Leam. Just 20 minutes away is the world-renowned Warwick Castle - and Stratford on Avon is a 30 minute drive (or 15 minutes by train). Reach the centre of London with a train journey of just 1 hour 20 minutes.
I enjoy hosting, with its opportunity to meet people of all nationalities. I am a keen (leisure) cyclist and can recommend routes for cyclists of all levels. My garden has been transformed from a wasteland to my sanctuary, which I hope you will enjoy too.
This is a quiet residential neighbourhood, but has so much going on nearby. Clemens Street has a range of cafes, bars, shops and other amenities. Around Bath Street you will find a selection of other cafes and restaurants, the Parish Church and The Loft Theatre, a real Leamington treasure. Just a little further on and you will be on Leamington's famous Parade. Two cinemas, two theatres and a wealth of restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping - just ask if you would like any recommendations.
