The house is a large 4 double bedroom farm house and has been fully refurbished over the recent years so you will find the property up to date, modern and finished to a high standard. The property works well for families, couples, groups and hen doos, with parking for 8 cars on the main drive way. In the Summer the outside areas, Jacuzzi, BBQ and garden furniture allow for lovely afternoons relaxing, enjoying the sunshine. We have an 8 seater and 4 seater outside dining table. Inside the house was built for entertainment in mind, we have a large open plan kitchen, lounge, dinner with seating for 8 and further 4 high stools around the island, this is the hub of the house and is a really fun social space. For more cosy evenings we have a separate snug, with a log burner, where you can snuggle up in front of the fire, sit around on the sofas and play any of the board games provided. The house itself is located on a 7 Acres, with riding stables, horse, and chickens on site. So a rural property and you will like you are definitely in the country. An Acre of the garden is available for your full use and enjoyment.

The house is in a semi rural area but certainly not in the middle of no where. You are close to Verwood, ringwood, wimborne, Bournemouth. Some of these are lovely market towns. There are some local pubs a short drive away and a supermarket in Verwood. There are some really lovely walks too. Plenty of Parking on site. You will need a car or bikes.
