The Old Station House, built in 1903, was the home of the station master at Broadway station on the Great Western Railway in the age of steam locomotives. The station was closed to passengers in the sixties and the track closed and station buildings demolished in the early seventies. Volunteers are presently rebuilding the station as it was back then and steam trains should be running from the station to Cheltenham race course in March 2018. The house has been extended and refurbished to a high standard to provide quality bed and breakfast in the lovely Cotswold village of Broadway and offers a perfect base from which to explore this area of outstanding natural beauty. Our rooms are tastefully furnished with en-suite bathrooms and attention to detail ensures that you will enjoy your stay with us. Our extensive gardens attract wildlife and we have seating areas for guests to relax in when weather permits.Our slightly elevated position at the edge of Broadway offers countryside views whilst the centre of the village is just 10 minutes level walk away.

Andy and Jenni own and operate The Old Station House together. Jenni is a former Airline Stewardess who progressed through management and training roles to senior operations and management positions in aviation and customer service related companies. Andy served in the Royal Air Force as a fighter pilot before embarking on a civilian flying career as an Airline Captain flying Boeing 737, Airbus 320 and ultimately long haul Boeing 777 aircraft all over the world.

Broadway is one of the most beautiful villages in the Cotswolds and is ideally placed for visits to the many lovely points of interest and attractions in the Cotswolds as well as the cities and towns of Stratford on Avon, Worcester, Gloucester and Cheltenham with Oxford and Bath also within striking distance. The Cotswolds boast many gardens, historic buildings, castles, manor houses and country estates linked by pretty country roads and many public footpaths and bridleways including the famous Cotswold Way. Good pubs and eateries abound and many of the larger towns have theatres and galleries as well as frequent festivals to suit most tastes. Horse racing is very well supported with several courses nearby and the wonderful Cheltenham Festival in the spring.
