A bright, modern flat slap bang in the centre of Edinburgh. The property is fitted with all the modern essentials for a comfortable city centre stay. All of Edinburgh's main tourist attractions are reachable within a few minutes walk. The space There is a sofa bed (see notes) Guest access You will have unrestricted access to the whole apartment including free wifi and everything supplied in the kitchen, living room, bedrooms, etc. Other things to note A travel cot is available on request also - please just let us know. The apartment is professionally cleaned, and my cleaners place fresh, hotel quality linen and towels on the beds prior to each guest's arrival.

The apartment is located in the 'Old Town' - right in the heart of Edinburgh. Everywhere is walkable from this address. It is within 10 minutes walk to the Castle, Royal Mile, Grassmarket & Princes Street. There are various supermarkets very nearby. There are many amazing bars, restaurants and cafes all around the area. In fact, one of Tom Kitchen's (Michelin Starred) restaurants, 'Castle Terrace Restaurant', is just around the corner. The Royal Lyceum Theatre, Usher Hall and Traverse Theatres are literally on your door step. Getting around The property is located centrally therefore you can reach everything by walking! Haymarket and Waverly station are each around 15 mins walk and the tram stop is on Princes Street (5 mins) with frequent services to & from Edinburgh Airport. The city is also very well-served with a good taxi service and Uber. Parking in Edinburgh is notoriously limited (anywhere).
