Hexham Holiday Homes was established in 2018 after owner, Jordan Dodwell, decided to 'airbnb' his apartment after moving into his partners house. This immediately took off and now there are 10 properties in our portfolio. Some of which are currently under refurbishment prior to going on the market. We plan to keep the business small to ensure we continue to offer a professional & reliable service from a small team. We employ a team of hard working cleaners who maintain Jordan's High standards throughout the year. While staying with us you will receive discounts in selected local shops and eateries as well as a vast amount of information about the area. Once you have booked with us you will receive an online information pack which is filled with information on the property & its surroundings. A member of the team (usually Jordan) is always around to assist guests with any help or advice, should they require it, during their stay.

This traditional, unique studio style barn situated in the small hamlet of Allerwash (2.3mi from Haydon Bridge & 6.1mi to Hexham) overlooks the old orchard & the high walls of the original kitchen garden. The open plan property has double French doors leading onto an enclosed stone patio with garden furniture and BBQ. Inside, a king-size bed, stunning high vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, chandeliers, antique oak floors and a log burning stove create luxury, character and warmth. The property is situated on a 65 Arce woodland estate, including ancient woodland perfect for walks or picnics and 1/4 mile private fishing (salmon & trout) on the River South Tyne.
