PLEASE BE AWARE: under no circumstances are additional guests above the maximum capacity allowed at the property, for day visits or overnight stays. If you are found to be in breach of this, you will be asked to leave the property and reported. This immaculately presented, red-brick, converted barn, sleeps four guests across two large bedrooms, with a shower room and separate WC. The light and bright living room has a fabulous wood burner, large Smart TV and a stunning view across a private patio to the surrounding fields and orchard. A well-equipped kitchen-breakfast room provides every convenience guests need for a very comfortable stay. The house is perfectly situated to explore the Worcestershire countryside, the Cotswolds, Stratford-upon-Avon, and the Malvern Hills. Guests have a choice of two village pubs, both in easy walking distance. Guests have parking space for up to three cars to the front of the house. To the rear is a private patio with dining table, chairs and a BBQ, which sits directly in front of fields and the eponymous, ancient apple orchard (with secure fencing).

Located in the quiet, Worcestershire hamlet of Lower Cowsden - just a mile from the village of Peopleton and two miles from Upton Snodsbury, not far from the Warwickshire and Gloucestershire borders - Orchard View has great walking and cycling in all directions. There are places of interest within easy driving distance, including Pershore, the National Trust’s Croom Court, Spetchley Park Gardens, Elmley Castle, Broadway and Stratford-upon-Avon. Guests have the choice of two, well-stocked, village shops: Peopleton Village Store & Post Office and Upton Snodsbury Store & Post Office. The owners recommend two local pubs in walking distance of Orchard View. The Oak at Upton Snodsbury, which is a 15 minute walk and The March Hare at Broughton Hacket, a 30-minute walk.
