Brand New barn conversation set in a rural and peaceful location. Owls nest is a self catering dwelling. It has been lovingly decorated to bring the ocean and the countryside together. It has an open plan living area, with a sofa, dining table and fully fitted kitchen. Separate to this is a large double bedroom with en-suite shower room. The bedroom has a pull out bed for a child and cot bed can be requested additionally. Please just message and advise if you would like cot bed or highchair in the room. There is an outside seating area with table to enjoy meals/drinks al fresco with beautiful views of Medlyn Moor Mine and the countryside. This is a shared communal area. There are lots of walks from Medlyn Moor Retreats and only a few miles away is Stithians Lake if you are more adventurous . Here they offer a variety of watersports. Ideally located for exploring both the North and South Coast of Cornwall and only a few miles away from several local Towns with Truro being only 10 miles or so away. Free parking available.

Phil and Rachel want to share the peaceful rural idyllic retreat that is Medlyn Moor Farm. Medlyn Moor is a non working Farm, set away from the hustle and bustle of city life and as walkers we (Rachel and Phil) love where we live. We have been renovating Medlyn for the last few years as it was a ruin when we brought it, therefore we have both been kept busy, We have 2 dogs which also keep us busy. We are excited to share our barns, fields and location with you.
