Live like a local in Oxford and experience the city from this fantastic three bedroom duplex apartment. Based in St Clements the apartment is just a short walk or bus ride from the City Centre. Perfectly located for Oxford Brookes, Alice House, Hospitals and East Oxford. The apartment is walking distance from the many Oxford University Collages and language schools, it is perfect for those working, studying or holidaying in Oxford. St Clements offers many restaurants and bars on your door step. The duplex apartment is based on two levels and boasts a roof terrace for guest use. When you enter the apartment you will find the open plan living room, kitchen and dining room on the first floor. The second floor boasts three bedrooms, master (king bed), second bedroom (double bed) and third (single bed). The recently refurnished bathroom has modern fittings and porcelain tiles and has a walk in shower. Two of the bedrooms have built in wardrobes providing ample space for storage and both also have a hairdryer. Through the second bedroom guests can gain access to shared the roof terrace. St Clements Car Park is at the rear of the apartment & guests can park there for a fee.

St Clements is a small district in Oxford, on the east bank of the River Cherwell. Its main road, St Clement's Street links The Plain near Magdalen Bridge where there are a number of shops and bars with London Place at the foot of Headington Hill. South Park is a park within walking distance of St Clements and is the largest park within Oxford city limits. Great views of the city centre with its historic spires and towers of Oxford University can be obtained at the park's highest point. The quirky Cowley Road where you will find numerous independent cafes and charity and vintage shops runs parallel with St Clements Street and can be enjoyed on foot. Cowley Road is just over a mile long and runs south-east from Oxford’s Magdalen Bridge near the Plain in the City Centre to the inner city area of East Oxford. The road has a large number of fascinating multicultural shops, facilities, cafes bars and restaurants. Many local students from the City and Oxford Brookes frequent the busy side streets with its “Bohemian Chic” image as do local residents who benefit from living in houses with relatively high price tags.
