Recently refurbished to a high standard. Palmeira Court is a modern & stylish, fully furnished, two double bedroom apartment in the heart of Westcliff-on-Sea in Southend-on-Sea. Located just off of the seafront, boasting beautiful sea views from the kitchen and living spaces. A three minute walk away from Westcliff Station & the Cliffs Pavilion. With it’s own off-street parking space (for small to medium sized vehicles only), WiFi throughout the first floor apartment & option of a twin room upon request; we are the perfect location for all. ADDIITIONAL INFORMATION: Parking Space: This is a tight carpark, suitable only for small to medium sized vehicles. This space is not suitable for large vehicles/trucks/people carriers etc. The parking space is available from check-in at 3pm until you check-out at 10am only. There are no parking restrictions on Palmeira Avenue outside the premises and there is also a public car park located in the next road (Shorefield Road Car Park) if you do require a space outside of these times. Check In: Self check-in apartment. Keys will be available for you to pick up from the key lock box, located on the wall at the back of the parking space.
