The kitchen leads through to the light and spacious living room which includes a three seater sofa, armchair and sofabed. There is also a dining area which takes full advantage of the fantastic views. Guests have access to a TV with FreeSat, DVD player and WiFi. The property provides two good sized bedrooms, the double bedroom with en suite shower room and the twin room with en suite bathroom. Although both bedrooms have en suite facilities there is also a separate cloakroom/WC. The property has the capacity to sleep six with the additional use of the sofabed situated within the living room. The property is almost entirely on one level, but with a single step from kitchen to living room and one from hallway towards bedrooms, and a step up into the shower cubicle, all with grab rails, making the property suitable for the less able.
