A traditional terraced house overlooking the Team Valley and the wooded hills beyond - but just 5 minutes in an Uber from Newcastle city centre. Fast wifi and all mod cons are available, and we offer an ideal base (a mile from the A1) for exploring the entire region. We are just a 20-minute walk from the Newcastle/Gateshead Quayside overlooking the Tyne, with its Baltic Arts Centre, Sage Music Centre, Millenium Bridge and a plethora of lovely cafes, shops, bars and restaurants.

I am a yoga teacher and property professional from Newcastle with a passion for re-developing traditional buildings. I am always on hand to offer advice on how to make the most of all that Newcastle, Gateshead and the North East of England has to offer. I live just 20 minutes away from the apartment and I am happy to help my guests in whatever way I can.

This is a traditional working-class residential neighbourhood, just 2 miles from Newcastle city centre. There is a large park (Saltwell Park) with woods and lake at the end of the street, while a number of small shops, cafes, bars restaurants and banks are available on Saltwell Road and Coatsworth Road - just five minutes' walk away.
