Our grade 2 listed building is situated in the centre of a victorian town in North Wales. We have renovated the top floor as a holiday apartment for up to 4 people. We aim to make it a place to relax and explore the local area, learn local history and walk or cycle in the local countryside. Beaches and larger cities are a short drive away We provide information on local attractions and a good supply of herbal tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Hot water, heating, towels and bedding are included in the price. We also have full bathroom and kitchen facilities. There is free parking alongside the building. Recently the town council ( https://holywell.wales) has installed a cycle route directly to the North Wales Coastal Path (https://www.walescoastpath.gov.uk), electric car charging in the local car park and a water cooler/ dispenser in the town centre. There are also free water fill-up points in the town.

We both work and live on-site in our antique shop on the ground floor and we enjoy learning about history and people. We will give you a warm welcome and are available at all times to answer your questions or provide help. We will also respect your privacy and not bother you during your stay. We want you to enjoy staying in our apartment and town and all feedback is very welcome.

Holywell is one of the oldest market towns in North Wales and features many victorian buildings. It also home to the Greenfield Valley Heritage Park (https://greenfieldvalley.com/) which still has the remains of one of the first industrialised areas in North Wales from the mid-1700s, where you can walk around and explore most of it for free. As you walk (or cycle as we now have a new cycle path) down the valley from the apartment (about 1.5 miles) you will find a lovely cafe and take away facilities alongside the ruins of a 12th century Abbey which again is free to explore.
