Fully prepared, central London duplex apartment with two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a king size sofa bed to cater for up to 8 people (when travelling with children). The apartment has everything you need to enjoy your stay, kitchen, wifi, laundry and above all is family friendly :) We will send you a very detailed set of arrival instructions so that you can arrive with ease and be perfectly connected with our team. We always meet our guests in person to welcome you and introduce you to your home by the Shard. Check in is free between 10:30am and 18:00. Between 18:00 and 10pm there is a 30 gbp late arrival supplement, between 10pm and 12am this increases slightly to 60 gbp. You are welcome to check in at any time even 3am or later, past 12am the supplement increases to 100 gbp and covers the cost of a team member waiting to welcome you on arrival.

Pros: Very nice duplex well located 2 mn from Saint Pancras station and King’s cross. 3rd floors without lift. Very nice Furnished Kitchen and beautiful living room in the 1st floor of the duplex. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs. Comfortable bed. On the living room large sofa bed. Very pleasant to spend some days in London. Restaurants are around. You can walk to Camden market around 25 mn and beautiful walk along the canal.

Cons: Difficult to understand how to switch on the heat in the bathroom ! We were frozen but then they explained us and all was fine.

Pros: It was very clean and bright Has fully equipped kitchen Beds are very comfortable Definitely do recommend this apartment!

Cons: Lots of stairs ( if you have heavy suitcases or traveling with little kids, it might be a bit uncomfortable) One bedroom has windows overlook quite noisy street

8 Owner really helpful with storing bags whilst cleaning the apartment, they were really helpful.

Pros: Owner organised someone to meet us early, before check in time. Allowed to check in early.

Cons: Rooms were tiny, however that is pretty standard for London. No rooms for bags in bedrooms, had to leave them in hall - however there were drawers to store items in the bedroom. En-suite bathroom window had a draft which made it cold all the time. Rest of the apartment was warm and cosy though.

Pros: I liked the ensuite bathrooms done to a high standard. I lived the location. The upstairs living area is the selling point: it's a really great social space. Kh

Cons: I was immediately questioned about whether or not I was aware I couldn't throw a party there and asked the purpose of my stay: not through genuine interest but a concern I was the type that would trash his apartment (in his defence I was tired and had been out - but I wouldnt do that - although yes I would bring guests back to the property potentially). I think a more reasonable way to get around this problem in that area is to cite on the details of the property that you look at when you are considering it for your stay `STRICTLY no parties or additional guests beyond what is considered normal whatsoever. Any neighbour disturbance reported will result in an unannounced visit to ensure there is no cause for eviction. If therw is you will be asked to leave the property there and then and blacklisted' Then you loose your customers who do not look after your flat. Other small things: Needs better cosmetics and toiletries provided to go with those high spec bathrooms - sewing kit, toothpaste toothbrush, shampoo, the shower gel needs to be in both bathrooms etc Jo malone. I recommend her pomegranate noire diffuse for the upstairs. New blinds or long quality curtains as the current ones look cheap and are falling apart / not fit for purpose. A sound system that works via Bluetooth. Pillow mist spray for the bedrooms. Dressing gowns. Additional carpeting on the stairwell as it is very creeky in the middle of the night. Double glazing on all the windows. More of a theme in the living room - it's a very mix mash of ecletic belongings (which I like) but for things like the plates mugs cocktail glasses have the same stye and numbers throughout. One feature candle. LED lighting around the frame in the entrance to make that impression more stand out.

Cons: The Windows didn’t close properly in the bedrooms, just a small opening at the top which made a real difference so it was noisy at night especially when alarms outside were going off. Had to change bedrooms and put earplugs in. Apart from that it was great.

Pros: The location is amazing, it is a beautifully decorated flat with a tone of space. Would recommend it to anyone travelling in large groups
