Our house enjoys a glorious position above Newton Abbot with wonderful views. Full of period charm with high ceilings and large windows to enjoy the scenery. Exposed floorboards and grand staircases add to the feel with lovely gardens to front and rear with numerous al fresco dining areas. A great home for a family break to enjoy all the area offers from the beaches of Torbay to the stunning scenery of Dartmoor. The seaside town of Teignmouth is also close along with Totnes and the South Hams.
The home offers a large front porch with further hallway. Large lounge to the front of the property with kitchen breakfast room to the rear. On the first floor are 2 double bedrooms and bathroom with further double bedroom on the top floor. The main bedroom, as well as a double bed, has a further pull out bed. The home has gardens to front and rear. Please note we are located on a hill with lots of steps up to the front door ( which can be slippery if wet ) and the rear garden is on many levels, so people with mobility issues should consider this if booking. Likewise the garden may not be best suited to young children.
