Cons: Poorly finished and old kitchen

Pros: Bien situé, spacieux, semblable à la photo

Cons: Aucune prévention sur les travaux situés a cotés, très mal isolé donc bruit intempestif de marteau piqueur dès 8:30 le matin. Propreté qui laisse a désirer sur la vaisselle, salle de bain. Manque d’un kit de démarrage avec éponge sac poubelle etc

Pros: Location is not Oxenden Street, near the theatres as mentioned. Per the Fine Print, location is actually on Dufour's. Pic 18 shows actual property. The location, however, is very close to Oxford, Regent and Carnaby Streets, so not overly disappointed in the end. Giiven a phone number to call day before as 14 Dufour's. made a call downstairs at residence and 'agent' met us at the door and helped us to the room. he was very friendly and accommodating.

Cons: Location is NOT Oxenden Street (this is the main Office). Location, per the Fine Print, is on Dufour's (per pic 18). Location, however, is still very good, being near Regent, Oxford and Carnaby Street. Room could have been cleaner. As apartment is essentilly an alley, lots of trucks at night with some noise.

Pros: Ubicación excelente, en zona céntrica "Piccadilly", tranquilo y silencioso a pesar de la zona de ubicación, amplio, moderno y limpio con todo lo necesario para hacer vida normal, las fotografías que publican en la red son fiel reflejo de la realidad y el anfitrión Davide excelente.

Cons: Nada

Pros: Close to regent and Oxford street

Cons: Fridge inoperable on arrival. Freezer totally frozen over. We defrosted it and it took 2 days. Bed was way too low on the ground. If you don’t have the legs of a weight lifter don’t stay here. Husband slept on the bed wife slept on the couch which to be fair, was comfortable.

Pros: Location, space.

Cons: Could have been a little cleaner and efficient double glazing should be fitted. Bed not the best.

Pros: Thsi is a spacious apartment and really good value for money, especially for the area.

Cons: The waste bin was full when I arrived. I would be a nice touch if some basics like a pint of milk and some tea bags were there as well as a short guide to the area (where is the local chemist, grocery store, etc.) It was not obvious where to get these things locally.

Pros: Très bel appartement, spacieux, en plein cœur de Soho. La personne qui nous a accueillis était très agréable. L'appartement que nous avons occupé n'était pas trop bruyant (Dufours place).

Cons: L'appartement n'était pas très propre à notre arrivée comme si on n'avait pas eu le temps de s'en occuper (nous sommes arrivés à 17h) et de nombreux équipements sont endommagés.

Pros: Really nice flat - spacious and I’m a good location

Cons: It was noisy at night - can’t be helped by the owners but we were awaken several times by people outside. At points it was hard to communicate with the owner however we were always answered in the end.

Pros: Appartamento in centro a Londra! Stupendo, pulito, comodo, grande tranquillamente per 4 persone. Veramente a 50 passi da Carnaby Street. Dotato di tutti i comfort e di tutta la libertà di una casa a Londra! Consigliatissimo.
