Pros: Everything was fine

Cons: I don’t like the fact that it as took so long to receive my deposit back

Pros: Good Location. Good quality appliances.

Cons: 84 steps to get to apartment and no lift. Nobody to show us around and took us a while to figure out how heating worked. No toilet paper. Shower knob was broken and could not operate shower properly. Called and emailed Allo Properties to let them no, but no response. Extremely unsafe as top room had a thin door with no safety lock with big window and no blind that led to building terrace. Kids were afraid to sleep there. To top everything up, 6 weeks later I have still not not received my 500 GBP deposit back!! Deposit was higher than what I paid for our stay. Should have received it way before coronavirus outbreak. I have exchanged several mails with them but still nothing. Impossible to communicate with booking.com as I believe it is their responsibility as I booked through them and not directly with property. Continously refered to contact property. Truly feel cheated.

Pros: Great location, really clean and tidy.

Cons: It was 4 flights of stairs to the room with luggage! Very noisy during the night with bars coming out then dustbin at 5 in the morning!

Pros: In a good location in town

Cons: the sheets were dirty, the bathroom was full of water because it was plugged in, the messages were too late to respond and they left us late to tell us that they had not received the money for the tank and we were running late and not long ago we still got them back

Cons: Very draughty inside. Windows rattled especially in the upstairs bedroom! Very nosy outside at night! Stained bedroom carpet. Bin in kitchen broken, Rubbish under the bed. No lift. 4 flights of stairs!

Cons: Pent house flat . No elevators. No lights in the bathroom. No spoons in the kitchen. Heaters were not working only one was on another not repaired . Water in the bathroom tray was not passing away Not helpful by the team.

Pros: Amazing location loved it. Would stay again. Clean and had everything we needed.

Cons: No batteries in the remote controls for the tv and no light bulbs in the bathroom lights

Pros: Very helpful customer service. They will reply to your email really fast. Best location for trips in London. It's located 5 min from the piccadily circus which makes it really easy to go anywhere you want. New furniture and kitchen. You got anything you need even to cook by yourself. Good price for value since we just needed the sleep in this apartement and we wanted it to be in the center.

Cons: The windows are in very bad condition. You can hear everything from outside and the wind gets inside. The carpet could also need a chemical cleaning because there are quite some stains on it. The ventilation in the bathroom doesn't work or at least not good enough. There are a lot of stairs to get up to the apartement therefore it might not work for everyone. It would have also been nice if there was more than one key to the apartement and the building itself.
