Pros: We did not stay at the property. There was a theft at the property and the agency had to replace us with other apartments options. It happened 10 hours before our departure to london and therefore we are not sure if the apartment was actually available and if there was a theft or it’s a scam. The other location was fabulous but the apartment was heavy in need for maintenance. It’s a shame. The agency had to book it through another broker. This cases an issue with our entry visa that I had to call our embassy. We have a visa waiver but if there is any changes it has to be 24 minimum while we had 10. No Tv as satellite channels where choppy. No hot water the first day. The apartment was at basement and I do not like basements as it is risky In my opinion. Payment was done to the first location. Therefore it is confusing to answer. Good day.

Pros: Good and Spacious. Location is excellent and walking to Hyde Park
