Pipiriki is a fabulous detached holiday home with and truly spectacular views over the river and quayside from most rooms as well as the garden. Located on Riverside Road in the peaceful riverside town of Dittisham. This large house is the perfect escape for couples or families wanting peace and quiet whilst being within walking distance of village amenities, the river and a number of water-based activities. Pipiriki benefits from an acre of garden stretching down to the banks of the River Dart and onsite parking. A flight of stairs leads down from the parking space to the entrance. The front door opens into a hallway with parquet floor and plenty of space for coats and boots A dual aspect lounge off to the right offers fantastic river views over the river towards the quayside. Off the lounge is the sun trap conservatory with access out onto the elevated patio with table and chairs. The dining room is off the main hall as well as a fitted kitchen with additional utility area and WC. Upstairs there are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed with en suite shower room, Twin bedroom and a Double bedroom as well as a full bathroom.
