Pirate's Pad is a character, three-storey property in the village of Mevagissey in Cornwall. There are four bedrooms; a super-king-size (zip/link), a king-size with en-suite shower room and two second-floor twins, one of which is zip/link and can be made into a super-king-size double, together sleeping eight. The property also has a family bathroom with corner bath and walk-in shower, a kitchen and a living/dining room with a woodburning stove. Outside, there is a courtyard rear garden with furniture and a parking space in the Willow Car Park, 300m from the house. Pirate's Pad is a fabulous family-friendly property on Cornwall's south coast. Note: This property doesn't accept bookings starting on a Sunday.
Mevagissey is an idyllic fishing village, with a picturesque harbour and winding cobbled streets on Cornwall's south coast. Stunning walks lead along the coast in both directions, with sandy beaches, high cliffs and hidden coves to explore. The village has a great selection of pubs and restaurants, while the Lost Gardens of Heligan attraction is just up the road. Catch a ferry from Mevagissey to Fowey daily between Easter and September. Spend some time at the Tall Ships harbour at Charlestown with its shipwreck museum, or among the tropical biomes of the world-famous Eden Project. The stunning coastline, fabulous beaches and renowned gardens of the beautiful Roseland Peninsula are a short drive down the coast while Truro, with its shops, restaurants, theatre and cathedral can be reached by car in half an hour.
