My husband Graeme has worked as a joiner for over 30 years and we have built Poachers Cottage using the finest craftsmanship standards, with absolutely no comprise ,it’s a modern take on the traditional Skye Bothy, that’s comfortable , cosy and warm with plenty space for your stay. It has stunning views of the Cuillin Range and of the Skeabost area, including the River Snizort. Poachers Bothy has uninterrupted views that are simply stunning at any time of day or night. Poachers Bothy has everything you require for a luxurious and peaceful and comfortable stay in one of the most central locations on Skye. We are keen cyclists and can offer free secure storage for any bicycles and can offer Route advice for Road and MTB cyclists. There is a local bike shop 2 mins away that can arrange Bike Hire if required. Poachers Bothy is a perfect location for stargazing and astronomers as it features no light pollution and stunning views of Milky Way on a clear night.
