Property information

This waterside self Catering apartment is in a building of 20 apartments (9 have balcony's with south facing sea views overlooking the water. Our apartment is one of the biggest apartments in the block with a balcony & sea-view. The master bedroom has sea views and has a ensuite shower. Bedroom two is a good size double bedroom overlooking the garden. This has a bathroom outside in the hallway which has a bath. The apartment has easy access via a lift from the front of the building and from the secure car park which is accessed from Strand Street at the back of the building. There is one allocated parking space (see photo.) In general the apartment is very secure with CCTV in the car park.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is within a conservation area right on Poole Quay and this prime location is loved by all who visit. Our guests always want to come back! There is so much to see and do. The view from the balcony changes every minute. There are two comfortable balcony chairs with comfy cushions for our guests to enjoy. The view to the left is the Poole Quay Marina with Sandbanks in the background and the view to the right is the 'Music of the sea,' statue with Sunseeker Speedboats across the water. Facing you is Brownsea Island. In fact you can get a cruise over to Brownsea Island from the Quay. There are different cruises and boat trips right on your doorstep. The Tourist Information Centre is just around the corner in the old part of the High Street. Underneath the apartment is the newly opened Greek Restaurant called Anemos. Their cafe selling pastries & ice cream etc, is right underneath our apartment. There are lots of places to visit in the surrounding Dorset area, so it's a great base. We find many of our guests, park up and don't drive. Some don't leave the balcony! We truly hope you find it home from home as we want you to enjoy a well deserved break.
