Woodland and disused railway line walks are accessed only feet from the front door: clay shooting and private trout fishing are within a five minute drive. The views are spectacular.
My husband Pete and I bought The Mount in 2003. We loved its commanding setting, its views and raised our daughters Emilie, Madeleine & Faye here. The convenience of having all the facilities of a small riverside town within easy walking distance was a terrific plus and we hope our guests enjoy our home as much as we do. Guests will be met on arrival with a welcome package and introduction. The hosts will remain in contact to ensure their stay is a pleasant one.
Upton on Severn is an historic, riverside town with English Civil War and Cromwellian links. The town features bars, restaurants and supermarkets all within walking distance of The Mount although a local taxi service is also available. The Mount is only five miles from the motorway (J1 M50) and 7 miles from the nearest railway station at Great Malvern. Taxis here are freely available although with previous arrangement, the hosts may be able to offer collection.
