Quaysiders Club

The Quaysiders Club is located on the shore of Lake Windermere at Waterhead, which is a short walk from the village of Ambleside. Waterhead has several bars, restaurants and cafés.

Each of the hotel rooms have en suite facilities, Sky TV, free Wi-Fi, a TV and a fridge.

The Quaysiders Club also has self-catering apartments and suites, available for up to 6 people. These offer 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a TV, DVD player and Hi-Fi.

The leisure spa at The Quaysiders Club has a small heated pool, a sauna and showers. There is also a barbecue area and laundry facilities available.

Information about the host

The staff (Philip, Sandra, Graham, Kate and Debbie) have all been employed at Quaysiders for a long time and they pride themselves on keeping the apartments and hotel rooms as nice as they can. Cleanliness is our number 1 priority.

I have been the General Manager at Quaysiders club for 4 years having taken over from my father who had been here for 30 years. We pride ourselves on our cleanliness and we expect the best service from our cleaning staff which I might add that is what we get as they are all excellent. We spend a lot of money each year replacing furniture so nothing gets old or shabby and a lot of pride goes into working at Quaysiders.

The property is 30 yards over the road from Lake Windermere at Waterhead which is a small suburb of Ambleside. Lakes Windermere Cruises are just 100 yards from the resort.
