Beside the Botanic Gardens in the beautiful west end, our traditional Victorian tenement apartment with high ceilings & large rooms. We have tried to decorate tastefully in a modern, but sympathetic fashion using traditional furniture to complement the large 4 bedroom property. Immaculately clean & holding up to 8 guests, plus 2 children on air beds, our property is a truly huge flat with modern facilities. We are fully accredited to latest utility standards with electrical conditioning reports, pat testing for appliances and alarms and Gas safety servicing ( are other apartments ?? ). Coming with a sauna for guests to enjoy, this property can comfortably host families, groups, work colleagues, couples, with equal comfort. Two of the rooms have king beds. the other two rooms have superking beds which can be broken down into singles, giving a maximum total of 6 individual beds for 8 guests, should you choose the separated option. We can also provide an extra double air bed for children taking bed space up to 9 /10 on request. The master bedroom is very large at over 40 square metres.

Originally an engineer who travelled a lot, I now work for myself. I started providing Self catering in the Outer Hebrides a few years ago. After selling up there. we decided that we would try a venture in Glasgow & to date, all is going well. We are well reviewed and have a good solid track record of looking after our guests while they stay with us.

Our local pub is where the famous film Trainspotting was filmed. The underground & open bus tour are 5 minute walks & for families we have play parks, the Botanic gardens and the Kelvin river 2 minutes from our door. Glasgow is famous for its parks - Kelvingrove Park & Botanical Gardens are 2 of the largest parks in the city. Scotland’s most popular art gallery, Kelvingrove Art Gallery & Museum, is located in Kelvingrove park. We have the transport museum close by & the Exhibition Centre (SECC) attracts visitors to the West End for exhibitions, trade fairs and concerts. The area has many intimate concert venues & clubs attracting big names to the area, especially near the University.
