Queen Phillippa was built over 120 years ago as a Hotel & Pub, today it stands as a focal point of Queenborough, Kent. Our property is favoured by business travellers during the week and tourists over the weekend, we ensure that all of our guests receive the best possible experience by completing 3 steps, Great Service, a Comfortable & Clean environment and at an affordable rate. Our food is prepared fresh and is served in our relaxed Bistro, in which we welcome outside guests. To the rear of the property is our garden and terrace area which backs onto the stunning Queenborough Creek.

As a family run business we take great pride in our establishment and the local community. Being in the hospitality business ourselves for over 30 years we are still always learning, by being open to suggestions, criticisms & compliments, we strive to move with the times and constantly improve the guest's overall experience. Our family run team also employs local, professional staff which helps root ourselves in the friendly community and gives us real local knowledge.

Queenborough itself is a small historic town on the Isle of Sheppey which boasts it's 18th century seafaring history. The church is a surviving medieval structure that stands with pride in the community. Admiral Lord Nelson is said to have shared a home with his mistress Lady Hamilton by the small harbour. A welcome sight is viewing the sunset over the Swale & Medway, along the way stop, at one of the local pubs or grab some fresh locally caught seafood from the fish mongers. Queen Phillippa is a great base for you to visit the surrounding areas of Kent, which include and not limited to, Leeds Castle, Canterbury, Maidstone, Tunbridge, Rochester, Chatham, Whitstable & Faversham.
