Breakfast views towards the village, estuary & surrounding countryside. It's on an elevated site. Rural & peaceful. 10 mins walk into the village. Short walk into the village. Close to golf club.

Career with large global bank spanning 25 years. Retired early to relocate back to Scotland and complete a self build & set up a successful B&B business in the Highlands. Moved to D&G to be closer to family. I have set up & managed many holiday properties, B&B's & residential property lets.

In Kippford we enjoy stunning sunsets, the stars & dark skies. The coastal village has a lovely holiday feel about it. It's great to see so many visitors enjoying the locality. There's so much to do and see on our doorstep including walking, sailing, cycling, fishing, horse riding and just relaxing.
