Ribston House, is a well-situated house providing a 'home away from home' for up to 6 people. Located near to local amenities and a short drive from central Banbury, the house provides easy access to all transport links. M40/J11 is 9 minutes away and Banbury station (trains to London and Birmingham) only 3.5 miles. Free high speed Wi-Fi is available within the property and guests can enjoy a range of TV series and films (Amazon Prime, Netflix) on the smart flatscreen TV. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms which can be made up as doubles or twins (one ensuite), with a further single bedroom and a family bathroom. Downstairs the property has an open plan lounge/diner, kitchen and cloakroom. A sofa bed in the lounge comfortably sleeps an additional person and all fresh bedding and towels are provided. Double rooms will be made up as a double bed unless twin beds are requested. The kitchen is fully equipped including tea and coffee facilities, microwave, toaster, kettle, cooker, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The dining table is perfect for meals together, doubling as a work space. There is also a garden to soak up the sun in the summer. A cleaning fee of £60.00 will be charged at the time of check in.
