Ritson Farm is a large holiday house, great for families or couples to share a self catering holiday together, located in Halwell in the beautiful Devon countryside between Dartmouth, Kingsbridge and Totnes. Ritson Farm is perfect for visiting beaches such as Blackpool Sands or Bantham, as well as visiting the picturesque estuary towns of Salcombe and Dartmouth. The Dartmouth Golf Club and Woodlands Leisure Park are both a 10 minute drive away. The house itself is spacious and welcoming; the traditional farmhouse interior has been given a modern twist making for charming yet light and airy rooms. The garden is enclosed with plenty of space. There are 5 bedrooms, 1 Kingsize on the ground floor with unsite shower room, on the first floor there is 1 kingsize room and 1 double bedroom as well as 1 Superking and one Kingsize room that have zip ad link beds that can be made up as twins (please state when booking). There are also a bathrooms on this floor. Outside there is plenty of parking as well as an enclosed garden, a maximum of 2 well behaved dogs are welcome as there are farm animals nearby.
