River View is a modern apartment in central Blairgowrie with private parking space for one car and close to the river. Please be aware there are two flights of stairs and no lift in the block. The apartment has two bedrooms, large lounge with balcony overlooking the river, kitchen, and bathroom. The apartment is fully equipped and caters well for older children. We also have a selection of family games. Bedroom one has a king size bed and en suite (with shower) and has space for the travel cot or the air bed for families of five. Bedroom Two has zip and link beds that can be 2 x small single beds (we recommend the singles only for children as they are not as wide as a standard single) or king size bed (please advise your preference after booking). Fully equipped kitchen with full size dishwasher, washer/dryer, gas hob, double oven, fridge, freezer and microwave. Tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper, oil, and a pint of milk will all be available for arrival. We have a strict no pets, no parties and no smoking policy.

We have recently purchased our apartment in our home town of Blairgowrie. We have both spent 15 years working across various hotels in Scotland so we hope that we can offer you a modern, clean and comfortable base in Perthshire. I grew up in Blairgowrie and returned to the town in 2004 where we have raised our two boys. The area has so much to offer everyone from extreme water sports, snow sports, golf, walking, fishing and more. If we can help you plan your stay then just ask. We prefer to meet and greet guests if possible. We stay less than 5 minutes from the apartment and we are on hand should you need us. Check in is from 4pm and checkout is 10am.

The apartment is well situated for exploring Perthshire including the Cateran Trail, the numerous local golf courses, Glenshee for snow sports in winter and it is less than a half hour drive to Dundee or Perth. Although set in a quite location away from main roads in just a few minutes walk you will find a selection of bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Parking for a second car may be available on street but this is not guaranteed however there is a free car park less than a 5 minute walk away. Electric vehicle charging is not available at the property however there is a council run car park within a 5 minute walk which is free from 6pm to 8am (metered at other times) and charging is provided by Charge Place Scotland. The Car park is called Leslie Street.
