Rivermead Holidays is a small, tranquil, unique holiday park in the moorland village of St Breward, Bodmin Moor, Cornwall. ADULTS/COUPLES ONLY. NO GROUP BOOKINGS. With the moors on the doorstep, with babbling brooks and endless walks, and the nearest beach just 11 miles away, we are centrally located for exploring the whole of Cornwall. Only 0.2 miles from The Old Inn (great food) village shop and post office. 6 caravans and 1 chalet, all fully equipped for self catering. Laundry room on site with 2 washing machines, 1 tumble dryer, iron, ironing board + hoover. Towels for Hire. Ross Poldark's home is on the outskirts of St Breward just 2 miles away on the moors, where many of the moorland shots are filmed along side Doc Martin's many moorland escapades. Cycle hire at Snails Pace Cafe, Wenford Brdige 1.5 miles away or Bodmin, Wadebridge & Padstow. The Caravans are raised slightly off the ground, access is via 2 or 3 steps.

We have managed Rivermead Holidays since September 2000. Love the moors with its vast open spaces, babbling brooks and ponies. Enjoy walking, cycling, gardening and geocaching, Currently geocaching our way round Cornwall.
