Pros: Mooi appartement. Gezellig en zeer verzorgd. Heerlijk bed. Rustige slaapkamer. In eetkamer wel lawaai van verkeer. Gemakkelijk op te warmen met electrische chauffages. Niet ver van centrum.
Cons: Alles prima. Beetje verkeerslawaai in de living.
